CHILD PERFORMANCE LICENCES
It is the law that clients apply for Child Performance Licences for all jobs involving children of compulsory school age or younger.
It is the client’s responsibility to apply for this licence, current legislation for licence applications requires 21 days’ notice;
it is at the council’s discretion to process a licence with less notice.
